Actia Aerospace And Steel Electronique collaborate for A Strategic Union for Space Innovation

ACTIA Aerospace strengthens its capabilities and strategic positioning through its alliance with STEEL Electronique

ACTIA Aerospace, a division of the French industrial group ACTIA, has established its presence in the space, aeronautics and space telecommunications (SatCom) markets, thanks to its recognized expertise and commitment to excellence. The merger with STEEL Electronique marks a new stage in the company’s development and innovation. With this union, ACTIA Aerospace aims to build a leading industrial group, with annual sales of close to 60 million euros. With a team of over 230 employees, a third of whom are dedicated to research and development, the company aims to achieve sales of over 100 million euros within five years. This strategic alliance will enable ACTIA Aerospace to consolidate its position in the design and manufacture of complex electronic systems for the demanding space and aerospace markets. It also offers the company a unique opportunity to accelerate its innovation drive, while expanding its product and service offering.

STEEL Electronique: an opportunity to amplify its excellence in the space sector thanks to the alliance with ACTIA Aerospace
For STEEL Electronique, this integration represents an opportunity to strengthen and enhance its research, development and innovation activities in the space sector, while benefiting from ACTIA Aerospace’s solid industrial and technological base. As part of this alliance, STEEL Electronique’s historical activities will be maintained and strengthened on a local scale, guaranteeing the company’s resilience in the face of the challenges of major projects and the competitive environment. ACTIA Aerospace, anchored in an ever-renewed entrepreneurial dynamic, remains committed to its territories and local entities dedicated to a particular business segment. This integration will strengthen the ability of teams at our Toulouse, Colomiers, Dinard and now Martres Tolosane sites to work together, thereby consolidating the performance and commitment of the whole.
